How to join?

You must be a member of the 20 Club! – Download the My Wellness Techno Gym app from the App Store or Google Play.

You’ve already been sent an invite email, if you haven’t, send us an email with the topic “Invitation Request” to virtual@klub20.ca and we’ll send it to you!

Once you receive the invitation, enter your email address and make a password.

Book the teachings you want to attend. All classes are streamed on Zoom. The Zoom meeting ID and password are listed under the category name.

Enter your meeting ID and password at the start of the course and enjoy! Support because it should be Your trainer will encourage you to book regular reviews to watch your progress and ensure you are getting the most out of your membership.

We don’t recommend drastic or boring diets, we specialise in a personalized approach to nutrition with meal plans, nutritional advice and support, all calculated to deliver fantastic results.

People often inquire from me how I stay motivated to train and I understand. Having been introduced to the game at a young age at a high level, I have  got been training consistently for 20 years.

Based on traditional aerobics and using modern equipment such as resistance bands, strength bars and steps, this class is right for those who want to develop their fitness in a fun and social environment. So grab your leg warmers and sweatband and join our trainers for traditional moves and 80s tunes. Ideal for all ages and fitness levels.

BOOT CAMP

Are you trying to find challenging, varied and team training? Our military-inspired bootcamp could be what you’ve been looking for. An intense mixture of aerobic, strength and speed elements will force you and therefore the other recruits to push until the final sound. Using bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, lunges and push-ups and specific resistance training with torsion bars, our bootcamp may be a full-body workout that builds strength and aerobic endurance while testing your metal.

SPIN CYCLE

Delivered by experienced spin cycle instructors and using proven training protocols, this spin is right for all ages and fitness levels. Build endurance on the flats, strength on the climbs, and anaerobic fitness for sprints without the heavy impact of other cardio activities on your joints.
