Sarah pay fitness:-  Sarah is a wife and mom to 3 boys and a pug girl. She always had a passion for beautiful movement, but years of unhealthy relationships with food and exercise muddied the waters, and it wasn’t until she had her third son that she came to terms with her body and began to love it for all it was capable of.

As an avid runner, Sarah realized that mixing up her exercise routines was key to having a well-balanced routine and avoiding overuse injuries. Finding time with 3 young children at home was extra challenging, but it also inspired her to leave her career as a designer to start a fitness company focused on training busy moms by providing free childcare. Five years later, he still leads his team of trainers and conducts 10-15 circuit training sessions a week. He continues to find a passion for traveling alongside his clients who are trying to find true well-being in all areas of life.

As for yoga, Sarah took her first class at Y2 on Mother’s Day 2013. It was quadra flow and the right practice that hooked her and kept her coming back for more. From the outside, her practice was “nice”, but she didn’t feel well and was out of breath. It started to develop when she realized that yoga is not just another exercise and that asana practice is just the tip of the iceberg. Sarah completed her 200-hour teacher training with Elizabeth Hoffman in 2016 and began to notice that life on the mat is not only a reflection of real life, but that it has the power to manifest peace, balance, hope, and perspective in everything…your relationship with yourself. The deeper he goes into his practice, the more he realizes that he is still a beginner. Embracing her position as a student with an ever-growing desire to listen and learn is what drives her personal practice and her passion for sharing with others.

Hi, I’m Sarah, a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and wellness coach living in Charlotte, North Carolina. Just after my 3rd son was born, I left a 12 year career as a designer when I realized that consistent and healthy movement was the key to being my best self in all areas of life! My desire to share this with others inspired me to start a fitness company focused on training, coaching and loving busy moms like me. Seven years later, I am still actively teaching in this community and have expanded my offerings to include yoga, nutrition and wellness retreats.

I continue to be fascinated by design…especially the intelligent design of the body and the unique relationship it has with the mind and spirit. When any part is out of balance, it affects the whole person and can lead to injury, illness and disease. Through trial and error (and a lot of legitimate study), I’ve learned that the path to living on earth is through hard work, self-care, and keeping everything open.

The balanced approach to wellness that Fit Revolution offers is what makes me most excited to be a part of this family! While most of my classes will be in the area of ​​strength (Fit) and yoga (Flow), I am looking forward to also having access to videos and blogs on nutrition (Fuel) and meditation (Focus). We need it all!

Being a wife, mom, business owner, and athlete keeps me very busy, but you can still find me stopping by Instagram to share life events, my intense love of food, some fun workout tips, and a side of honest reflection on my struggles as a human beings. My greatest joy is walking alongside others on their journey to their best life and I hope you will join me!
