Where does the concept of SEO (search engine optimization) come from?

What is meant by SEO and why do we need it?

The first search engines appeared in the early 1990’s. By the time Google arrived in 1996, many were created, including Yahoo. Internet development has begun. People realize that they can really make money. So they came to the conclusion that they needed to drive a car. What is the best way to drive traffic? Search engines. At that point, website owners began to think about how to reach the top… SEO was born! But hey, let’s take a look at what’s important and why (I think) you are reading this chapter:

What is SEO?

Search engine optimization or SEO is the process of increasing website visibility in the live results of various search engines.

We just need to look at the many updates from Penguin and Panda and how they made a 180-degree change in what SEO understands until recently. Now with SEO, Matt Cutts calls himself “Search Experience Optimization” or something like that, “everything for the user”. Although there are thousands of things search engines do point to a page or another, it can be said that there are two basic elements: authority and compliance.

Power is basically the popularity of a website. The more popular it is, the more information it contains. This feature is what search engines are most concerned about because it is based on their user experience. When more content is shared, the most useful users will find it. Page relationships and specific searches. Not only does the keyword page appear many times (in earlier days), it does search engines rely on hundreds of items on the site to determine this.

SEO can be divided into two categories:

Onsite: Local SEO company focused on affiliation. It ensures that the web is improved so that search engines understand the main idea, its content. On the SEO site, we will include keyword optimization, upload time, user information, code optimization, and URL formatting.

Off-site: Off-site SEO is part of an SEO activity that focuses on off-page content we face. The most important factors in off-site SEO are the size and quality of the links, the presence of forums mentioned in local media, product authority, performance on search results, CTR for our products. The result is a search engine. Sure, you think everything is good and fun, but you are here to understand why you need SEO for your website, and what you will get if you combine it with your online strategy. Once we know what SEO is, we have to differentiate that we are following the “suggestions” of search engines.

Black hat SEO: Black hat is an attempt to improve the search engine rankings of a web page with incorrect techniques or strategies that conflict with search engine guidelines. Other examples of Black Hat seo analyzer include blocking, rotating, spam, or pushing keywords in forums and blog comments. Black hats can bring benefits in the short term, but they are usually a risky strategy that does not continue and does not add value over time.

White hat SEO: Includes all the right actions and compliance with search engine guidelines for placing web pages in search results. Considering that search engines place more emphasis on pages that respond better to user searches, White Hat understands strategies designed to make pages more relevant to search engines by adding value to their users.

Why is SEO important?

The most important reason SEO is needed is to make your site more useful to both users and search engines. Or they may not yet be able to access web pages as humans. Search engine optimization is needed to help search engines understand what each page is about and whether it is useful to users. Search engine optimization is the best way for your users to find your site related searches. These users will be watching what you give them. The best way to contact them is to use a search engine.
